Tim loved King Trode's quotes when the hero would ask his advice in Dragon Quest VIII. Trode is actually the "Cursed King" referred to in DQ8's Journey of the Cursed King subtitle, pictured here. This over-sized Yoda is truly the man.

Runner up: Lord Zetta (Makai Kingdom)
Lord Zetta reminds people of me (Heath). The man who lets anyone and everyone know he's "The freakin' overlord" in his own terms was never out of things to say and certainly had his own way of keepin' it real. Don't tell this guy he only got runner up though, cause even though that's a tremendous honor, not being #1 will supremely piss him off. "Go forth, my loyal battle monkies, and bust a cap!" ...is not something we want to hear outside our windows.
