Winner: Female Cast of Riviera (Riviera: The Promised Land)
Riviera: The Promised Land packed a revolutionary premise that I hope will pave the way for many RPG plots: control one dude while everyone else is a hot anime chick. The cast was one of the best parts of Riviera--perhaps even the most memorable aspect of the game. Plus those girls were like, hot.

Runner up: Ridley (Radiata Stories)
Ridley is the girl in the middle here. Ignore those gangly dudes on her sides, just focus on Ridley. What's great about her is that she didn't take crap from anybody. If you looked at her the wrong way, she wouldn't run away all red-cheeked and embarassed, she'd just kick your ass. At the same time, just look at those big, pretty green eyes, showing her real femininity. Ridley was neat.
