I think it has something to do with the misspelling of "Ryan" or Zach Galifianakis looking like Ryan Dunn.

At first I saw the beard and thought it was going to be some sort of commentary about me.

In a terribly emo accident, I dropped a shelf on my wrists and wind up scraping decently sized lines of flesh off of them. My sweat causes the wounds to sting, and the scabbing process is constantly getting shredded by regular arm movement or something. But the most exciting development is people are weirded out by either the bandages I wear to keep them covered from the sweat or the sight of them when my sweat eats through the bandage glue. One dude was talking to me normally then noticed my arms. Suddenly he had to leave.
