supposedly the said there should be enough content on disgaea 3 where you could conceivably play new stuff for thousands (and possibly even tens of thousands) of hours.
No idea if this is true or not.
Oh also the PS3 allowed them to do HP upto like a million+ or something. No kidding, that was one of the big features they where talking about, which I guess is pretty cool in a "HOLY CRAP I JUST HIT THAT GUY FOR 2,000,000 DAMAGE!" _________________

Welp, go ahead and stop playing because you are done with the best part of the game. |
I can see how the game gets a bad rap, that's for sure.
I'm enjoying it, though. Sure, Raiden is dumb and I want to knife his little miss, but it's extremely entertaining having Pliskin as a side character. He's so knowledgeable about things that by this point, for story purposes, he's about as close to omniscient as a non-omniscient character can get. So it's cool to have him lurking about the background instead, chewing out Raiden and making it so I have to remove only 7 C4s instead of 14.
I got up to icing the last C4 last night. Strut H and Stillman are out of commision, and I'm going to fetch the President again, supposedly. Taking out the bombs was pretty hard because of the upped difficulty. It's definitely the harder game. |

Doublepost for the win.
I've also been playing a certain SNES RPG, and while thoroughly enjoying myself for all the right (and wrong) reasons, my jaw dropped when I hit the bad ending credit roll. I don't remember the good ending doing the same thing, but it probably did.
Anyways, instead of the actual credits, it lists every single cast member in the game, including every random bum in every town, with their full names and titles. It's funny, but what's most telling about it is that the names are almost unrecognizable. Between the awful translation consistency and the character limits placed on the game, the credit roll might be the closest approximation of what things were supposed to look like. Or it might be the largest and most gross error in the whole game. Either way, it whisked by too fast for me to comprehend the scope of the thing.
Also, I played some more MGS2. Trudged through the armoury to the helipad and beat Fatman, which was really fun, then trudged back through the armoury to pick up some machine guns, after which I trudged back through the armoury to the Shell 1 Core bridge.
Infiltrating was pretty interesting. Got the microphone and identified Ames, who was the second person I pointed the mic at, no joke. Amused myself with the interactive cutscene, watched more long cutscenery, and now I have to make it out of the Core.
I guess this means next time, I get to go back to the jam-packed-with-guards armoury again to get whatever's in the Lvl. 3 doors, and then kiss Shell 1 goodbye for now. |

I'm replaying Shadow Hearts right now. I think I might be enjoying it even more than the first time. Sure, the graphics are easily it's weakest point, but that's hardly that important. The characters, story, setting, and battle(I for one, love the judgment ring), are all fantastic. I also like that it's an "alternate reality" type of game taking really life history and altering it to it's whim. It's pretty unique to the genre.
Also, I cannot wait to replay Shadow Hearts: Covenant as well. It might be my favorite JRPG series after Suikoden! |

I spend literally every waking hour of my life thinking about how awesome both Braid and Castle Crashers is. Furthermore, I look down upon those who don't. If you haven't played either or both of these games I want to watch you slowly die of sepsis you miserable little cunt pubes. _________________

Friend across the hall (everybody's so handy, in res halls) got Disgaea 3 in yesterday. I've been spending a lot of time in his dorm. When I'm not, he lent me Afternoon of Darkness, so, uh, damn. I'm Disgaeaing up right now. _________________ H-E-S-T-E-R is a long, convoluted joke. |

We could probably beat the main meat of Disgaea 3 if we weren't so busy fiercely grinding our characters against each other to see who can climax first.
Wait, what? |
