Close. Not the dual techs, but other abilities. Bigger versions of the Edward screens show that you can equip other abilities onto characters. Edward's "Sing" is equipped onto Cecil in those other screens after receiving it through an event. Interesting...
Though why you would give Cecil Sing is beyond me. |

That sounds pretty gay with the little info you're supplying. One of the best features of FFIV is that it doesn't have generically abilitied characters. Unless it's some kind of post game bonus, if they make abilities interchangeable between characters this is going to be the most dissapointing remake of all time.
